Pipe Cleaner Pet Information

General Information

Thank you for your interest in my custom pipe cleaner pets! Each pipe cleaner pet is 100% handmade by me, using pipe cleaners and beads.  I use traditional wire-wrapping techniques (no glue) to ensure that each pipe cleaner pet will last for many years!  The pipe cleaner pets are miniature creations that typically measure about 1 to 2 inches in length and height.


The Creative Process
Here's how the creative process usually goes:

1. Email me at fuzzingtonfuzz@gmail.com with your request.  Please include a description of your pet, how many you need, and when you need them by.  Please also include some photos of your pet: at least one head shot and one full body shot.  The more pictures the better.
2. I will respond with whether I can meet your timeframe and a quote for the work.  
3. If the quote and timeframe and acceptable to you, send me a confirmation in email
4. I will  work on your order.  When I am done, I will  send you pictures of the completed work for your review.  Let me know what you think and give me any tweaks you may like.
5. Once we are in agreement on the final work, I'll post a listing in the "Ready for Ordering" tab for you to order off of.
6. Click on the "Buy Now" button and enter your Paypal order.
7. As soon as payment clears,  I will ship out your little critter and send you a Delivery Confirmation number.
8. Enjoy your little pipe cleaner pet when it arrives in the mail!

Pricing
Each custom pipe cleaner pet costs $15 to $20 USD, depending on the complexity of the job.  Along with the pet itself, handmade polymer clay accessories  (i.e. bone, fire hydrant, ball) are also available upon request and can be added to the quote.

Shipping within the United States is a flat fee of $4.00 USD, which covers packaging material, postage, and a delivery confirmation via the US Postal Service.  I will provide you with a delivery confirmation number once your order is shipped.  Shipping for international orders will be quoted individually.

For orders of three custom pets or more, shipping is free!



Payment
At the moment I only accept payment via PayPal.


Returns and Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to me.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order when you receive it and would like a refund, please email me directly at fuzzingtonfuzz@gmail.com.  I will provide a shipping address for the return  (customers will be responsible for return  postage).  Once I receive the return, I will issue you a full refund via Paypal for your order.
